Social & Commercial Infrastructure OVERVIEW
Eco Services provides Environmental, Social and HSE advisory services for social, commercial and hospitality infrastructure across Tanzania, including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, hotels, resorts, offices, retail developments and mixed-use facilities.
We support new developments and existing facilities through Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), Environmental Audits, HSE assessments and monitoring, helping clients meet regulatory requirements, protect people and the environment, and enhance the sustainability of their facilities and operations.
Our experience spans healthcare, education, hospitality and commercial developments, including assignments for City Lodge Dar es Salaam Hotel and Seascape Hotel and Conference Centre Limited.
We have also undertaken assignments under World Bank-funded Higher Education for Economic Transformation (HEET) projects, including work for the Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) and Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE).
Our experience further includes African Development Bank (AfDB)-funded Centres of Excellence, including an Environmental Audit for the East African Centre of Excellence for Cardiovascular Sciences, and Environmental Impact Assessments for the East African Centre of Excellence for Oral Health Teaching and Research Hospital and the East African Centre of Excellence for Cardiovascular Sciences Teaching and Research Hospital.
